The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a complimentary breakfast and also helped us with directions to key locations in the area. the hotel was situated in a prime location and it was easy to access all the places we needed to go to. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean rooms.
The bathroom had a minor leakage issue which could have been fixed. there was no room service available after 10 pm, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

We loved the hotel's location, which was conveniently situated near the market and Nakki Lake. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. the staff was friendly and provided good service. the breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options.
It is important to note that the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable.

Great Stay with Amazing Service and Hospitality. Wonderful Room Facilities and Location! We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. They had excellent room facilities along with an amazing location. The rooms were well-maintained and always clean. The ambience was peaceful and definitely contributed to our pleasant experience. The hotel offered us some really great deals which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with friendly and considerate service.
Poor Management with Inadequate facilities and Rude Behaviour! However, there were certain things that we didn't quite like about the hotel.
